Responsibilities
- Assisting sales and business development activities including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and client relationship management.
- Coordinating with prospective and existing clients to understand requirements and provide timely support.
- Managing client communications through emails, phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and business documents.
- Maintaining sales records, customer databases, and business correspondence.
- Coordinating with internal teams, employees, and customers.
- Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Monitoring sales activities, preparing performance reports, and providing administrative support to management.
- Assisting the Director and CEO in daily business operations while ensuring smooth office administration.
- Managing calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive support for the Director and CEO.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in sales or business development background.
