Business Development Executive - Civil Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking ensuring alignment with the company x27 s strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients and partners to foster long-term business engagements.
• Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for potential growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to create solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the marketplace.
• Track and report on sales metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Certifications in sales methodologies or business development frameworks to enhance credibility and expertise.
• Experience working in technology, finance, or consulting industries is highly desirable to understand market dynamics.
• A strong preference for candidates with multicultural backgrounds, bringing diverse perspectives to the business development process.
