You will be responsible for managing the breadth of the customer contract billing process ensuring timely accurate and compliant invoice production. The role will be focusing on billing for the Middle East region.
What you’ll do as Billing Coordinator:- Generate accurate timely invoices and credit notes & respond to customer inquiries related to them.
- Ensure billing accuracy by reviewing agreements and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and that all costs are captured and linked to agreements.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Hire Coordination team, Sales and Operations to gather necessary billing information and ensure agreements are managed to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with CSR HC on PO expiry dates and PO value monitoring to ensure no overdue billing due to expired or no LPOs.
- Maintain organized and efficient billing records and documentation.
- Assist Credit Control in resolving queries disputes and expediting customer payments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer queries.
- Support month-end closing activities and contribute to internal reporting.
- Identify opportunities for billing process improvements and monitor KPIs (Days to Invoice, Days Unbilled, Outstanding, Customer Satisfaction).
- Participate in audits for invoice related queries and supporting documentation to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service/contract administration experience in a business‑to‑business environment preferably within rental operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce and M3.
- Good written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Acollaborative lead with results‑oriented approach through functional mentorship and proactive problem‑solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain data accuracy and meet service level expectations.
