Job SummaryThe PRO manages government-related procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Government Liaison:
Represent the company, coordinate with government departments, and submit or collect necessary documents. - Administrative Duties:
Track application statuses, maintain work-related documents, and ensure the confidentiality of company information. - Regulatory Monitoring:
Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government policies. - Employee Support:
Assist employees with government-related procedures and provide guidance on required documentation. - Collaboration:
Interact with company employees, government offices, and external entities to facilitate government-related processes.
- UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work professionally with government entities and internal stakeholders.
