We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The role will involve establishing relationships with our customers and working with other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Establish relationships with customers and build strong customer profiles to ensure successful sales.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve our services and products.
• Develop customer-specific strategies to maximize sales potential and market share growth.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, delivery times, and payment terms with customers.
• Ensure accurate records are kept by tracking orders, invoices, stock levels, etc.
• Liaise between customers and other departments such as production, logistics, finance etc., to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor competitor activities within the market place and provide timely reports on market trends and changes in customer needs or preferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Analytical skills & ability to interpret data & numbers accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages an advantage
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
