Office Assistant (For All Nationalities

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and be able to provide support to the office staff.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an office setting, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment and with people of all nationalities. English fluency is not required for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist with the preparation of documents for meetings
- Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome in the office
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- File documents into appropriate locations
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Perform other clerical duties as requested by management
- Assist with scheduling appointments for staff members
