Business and Operations Coordinator

• Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
• Manage Shopify orders, order processing, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with couriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and issues
• Maintain and organize inventory records and stock updates
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners
• Assist with preparing and organizing products for orders
• Conduct online research and compile useful information for the business
• Maintain spreadsheets, records, documents, and other business information
• Follow up on pending tasks, orders, deliveries, suppliers, and operational matters
• Assist the founder with ongoing business projects and tasks
• Help identify operational issues and find practical solutions
• Learn and take responsibility for additional online business operations as the company grows

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a small-business environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new online tools
• Familiarity with
  Shopify, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets
  is preferred
• Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, administration, or a startup environment is a plus
• Willingness to learn,
  full training will be provided for the online systems and processes used by Alef Threads

• Paid part-time position
