Responsibilities
- Craft compelling narratives by seamlessly piecing together video footage sound and graphics to create a cohesive story
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to understand their vision ensuring that the final product aligns with creative expectations
- Utilize advanced editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to enhance video quality and apply special effects
- Implement color correction and audio adjustments to ensure a polished and professional final product
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation in video editing principles.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a professional editing environment, demonstrating a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
- Familiarity with the latest editing software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and ability to apply them effectively in video formats.
