We are a well-established floral company in Sharjah seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. We are looking for someone with a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and other occasions according to client's requests and preferences
• Design and maintain displays in the shop to attract customers
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Work within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards
• Arrange delivery of orders to clients’ desired location
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
• Creativity and artistic ability to design unique arrangements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client's needs and preferences
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or issues professionally
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for budgeting purposes
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of temperatures

Preference will be given to Indian or Pakistani candidates with previous experience in floral design. Accommodation may be provided based on availability.

Salary is negotiable based on experience starting from 1800$ per month.

Note:

This position does not require fluency in English. However, basic communication skills in English would be an asset.
