Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Manager with proven experience in the Stock Exchange and Intellectual Property (IP) sectors
. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and capital management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands‑on experience in project finance and financial systems.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across projects and business units
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investments using defined KPIs
- Develop and manage funding strategies, including sourcing and allocation from internal and external channels
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization
- Develop capital rationing strategies and provide financial insights to senior leadership
- Ensure effective project-wise fund management and financial independence
- Support bidding and proposal processes with strong financial oversight
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives
- Establish and maintain financial systems (SAP B1 preferred) for reporting, monitoring, and budget control
- Prepare financial projections, assess risks, and drive profitability initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Projects, and Business Development teams
- ACMA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
- 5‑7 years of relevant UAE experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Stock Exchange and Intellectual Property (IP) sectors (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and project finance
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (SAP B1 preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strategic financial planning and forecasting
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in financial markets and IP domains
