Job Description Responsibilities:
- Lead Cash Management team in Finance Shared Services.
- Manage day-to-day cash management operations ensuring liquidity.
- Handle issuance of LCs, Bank Guarantees, import/export document processing.
- Liaise with banks for export LC confirmation and document negotiation.
- Manage bank transfers, ACH, foreign remittances, and bank account administration.
- Develop reports for Forex exposure and maintain MIS.
- Track KPIs and develop automation strategies for treasury and cash management.
- Ensure adequate controls and segregation of duties.
- Develop processes and people capabilities leveraging shared services.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Treasury and Cash Management.
- Experience in shared services/BPO setup.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.
- Competencies include Financial Transaction Processing, Oracle/SAP ERP, Financial Compliance, Risk Management, Communication, and Team Management.
