Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP to ensure transparency and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
- Lead the month‑end close process ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and discrepancies, and presenting actionable recommendations to management for improved financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoicing and follow‑up for collections to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within the construction field.
- Driving license mandatory.
