Assistant Manager Investor Relations

Job Purpose:

Support the execution of Americana Restaurants’ investor relations strategy by managing financial communications, investor engagement, and regulatory disclosures. The role ensures transparent, timely, and consistent communication with shareholders, analysts, and regulators, supporting effective capital markets positioning and long‑term shareholder value creation.

• Prepare quarterly and annual investor materials including earnings releases, presentations, factsheets, and Board-level summaries.
• Support earnings results process including data validation, variance analysis, and coordination with finance and senior management.
• Draft investor communications such as press releases, regulatory disclosures, and shareholder updates for ADX and Tadawul compliance.
• Manage analyst and investor interactions including meetings, roadshows, conference calls, and Q&A preparation.
• Maintain and update investor databases, consensus tracking models, and shareholding analytics.
• Monitor equity research, peer performance, valuation metrics, and market trends to support management decision‑making.
• Support ESG, annual report, and integrated reporting disclosures related to financial performance and capital markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certification (CA, CFA, ACA, MBA) preferred.

• 5+ years in M&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, Due Diligence or business development within F&B, retail, or consumer sectors.

• Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent business writing and presentation capability
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and senior stakeholders
• Clear, structured communication style
• Arabic speaker required
