The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Credit Control or Receivables Management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and a Finance or Business degree. This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on working capital improvement and strong internal controls.
