We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Credit Control
Are you an experienced Credit Control professional looking to take the next step in your career?
A leading manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking for an Assistant Manager – Credit Control to drive credit strategy, optimize cash flow, and partner with commercial teams to support sustainable business growth.
What you'll be doing:- Lead credit risk assessments and set customer credit limits
- Drive collections and reduce DSO & overdue receivables
- Partner with Sales and Finance to balance growth with risk
- Deliver insightful receivables and credit performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and strengthen internal controls
- Manage complex customer accounts, disputes, and legal recovery where required
- 5–7 years' experience in Credit Control/Receivables Management
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (professional qualification is an advantage)
