Manage and expand a portfolio of SME clients to achieve annual business targets.

Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business models and financial requirements to provide tailored banking solutions.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell SME banking solutions including POS Lending, Asset-Backed Lending, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management.

Drive revenue generation while upholding strong credit quality standards.

Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with detailed financial and risk analyses.

Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signs, and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure timely renewal and restructuring of credit facilities in line with internal and regulatory policies.

Partner with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Compliance) to deliver seamless service execution.

Address and resolve client queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.

Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and industry dynamics.

• Cross-sell and up-sell additional banking products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze client portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient resolution of client queries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Participate in business development initiatives and networking events to expand the bank's SME client base.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on portfolio performance and client relationship management strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector, with a focus on SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance products and working capital solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of successful relationship management and cross-selling initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
