• Handling all cash and bank deals as well as preparation of pertinent records.
• Processing payroll, purchase invoice reservation and also making sales billings, vendors' repayments, fixing up the motley debtors and distributors A/c,
• Comply with up as well as checking the regular monthly monetary commitments of Partners/Managing Director.
• Fixing up the deposit receivables & custom-mades responsibility deposit A/c.
• Readying & reporting ageing of the customers to Chief Accounts.
• Preparing Material Receipt Keep In Mind for Non Inventory Purchase, Debt Note & Debit Keep InMind.
• File releasing/ opening
  - Preserving Business Finance A/c, Partners, Distributor & Client A/c with Monthly Declaration preparation
• Inventory Master as well as Product Intake Evaluation
• Inward LC
  - Documents & Tracking
• Analysis-Cost of Sales against Billings (Report disparities to IT department for updating).
• Inter department A/c's (Team of Firms) and Financial Institution and also Marked down & Undiscounted cheques settlement.
• Declaration of Marine Insurance
• Regular monthly Cash money circulation and Monetary Closing Entries in addition to Monthly various records
• Sales/ Purchase/ Stock
• Collaborating with Sales dept., Financial obligation Controller & Shop for distribution launching.

• Must have minimal 3 years experience in a Manufacturing/ Construction company in UAE.
• University/ College degree in Accountancy
