Vice President - Sales in our office in Sharjah

The Vice President is responsible for dealing with complex issues for the company’s best clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager at Equiti Securities, you will be working in a team and will make a tangible impact every day by growing Equiti Securities’ portfolio of clients.

• Developing and building new relationships through various channels
• Extensive network of HNWs and Partners
• Generating and contacting leads to convert them
• Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships
• Consistently securing and growing client numbers by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge and personal focus over the competition
• Achieving sales targets
• Being a trusted point of contact to clients on market and trading relating matters
• Assisting in planning and executing client events as required
• Providing training to potential and existing clients on financial assets and trading platforms
• Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations, and development teams to gain support for projects
• Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

• Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, Equities, CFDs, etc.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning and various direct, indirect and alternative sales channels management
• Strong analytical and numerical acumen
• CISI certificate (Wealth Management or Introduction to Securities and Investments)
• Sales-oriented motivator for himself and colleagues
• Great team player, open to mentoring and share knowledge with others
• Influential, well-organized personality with good follow-up skills
• Professional in English and Arabic

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration is preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role as an Account Manager and/or dealing with high-net-worth clients in the FX Industry
