Program Overview:The Tomouh Program is a strategic management trainee initiative designed to fast-track fresh graduates into managerial roles within the bank. This one-year intensive training program, conducted in collaboration with the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIF), offers a clear pathway to significant leadership positions by equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the banking sector.
Placement Strategy:Placements are strategically determined early in the program based on the graduate's degree, interests, skills, and personality traits, aligning with their career aspirations and the bank’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively participate and excel in all assigned courses, aiming for high performance in examinations.
- Engage deeply in learning about and familiarizing with role-specific objectives and activities.
- Compile analytical reports and deliver insightful presentations to team members.
- Initiate and recommend system improvements to enhance bank operations.
- Understand and actively contribute to the daily processes and strategic goals of various departments.
- Research and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce risks.
- Execute all functions in accordance with the bank’s established policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely communication with relevant parties on all operational, risk, fraud, and AML issues.

- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
- Have not been employed in the banking sector in the past 1 year
- Demonstrated commitment to career advancement within the banking industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Motivated to quickly ascend to managerial roles within the financial industry
