Responsibilities
- Proactively contact delinquent customers via phone, email, direct visit, etc to secure payments and resolve outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers, tailoring solutions to their financial situations while adhering to company policies
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes, collaborating with internal departments to gather information and reach mutually agreeable outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions, payment plans, and account statuses
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection, with a proven track record of achieving collection targets.
- UAE Driving License must
