About

the Role

As the Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager for the APAC Region, you will be responsible for leading credit management and accounts receivable activities across a diverse portfolio of countries within Asia-Pacific and India. You will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow, minimizing credit risk, strengthening collection processes, and partnering with commercial and finance teams to support sustainable business growth.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to driving working capital performance across the region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Credit and Accounts Receivable activities across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
  • Monitor customer credit exposure and recommend appropriate credit limits.
  • Drive collections performance and reduce overdue receivables.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and improve cash collection.
  • Conduct customer credit assessments and ongoing risk reviews.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to working capital and accounts receivable.
  • Support month-end closing activities, reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Working Capital Management, or related finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and receivables management.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple countries and cultures is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
