Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests by name, if known, and assist in seating them comfortably.
* Serve guests within assigned stations under the supervision of the manager and supervisor.
* Demonstrate complete knowledge of food, beverage offerings, and service details including preparation methods.
* Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and foster strong guest relations.
* Report any customer complaints to the supervisor in a timely manner.
* Place orders in the kitchen and ensure proper operating equipment is set up on tables.## Requirements
* Prior experience as a waitress or in a guest-facing hospitality role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation methods.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
