Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute niche travel products, FDs and MICE packages to cater to the diverse requirements of our clientele.
- Develop innovative and exciting travel products and oversee the design and delivery of holiday packages.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Minimum of 5-6 years proven experience in a managerial role within the Holidays or Leisure Travel sector.

- Excellent negotiation capabilities coupled with expertise in supplier sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Creative flair for designing bespoke travel itineraries.
- Sound knowledge of booking systems and current travel trends.
