Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and amenities.
- Replenish guest supplies, minibar items (if applicable), and room amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure lost and found items are handled according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, linen rooms, and other assigned areas.
- Handle guest requests courteously and in a timely manner.
- Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security policies at all times.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
