Housing / Accommodation Manager [ Emarati Talent pool ]

Salary : AED 35, 000+benefits

• She must be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential or accommodation facilities
  , ensuring smooth operations, high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and excellent service for residents or students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the accommodation facility.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front-desk teams.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Handle resident/guest concerns, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor accommodation standards, policies, and health & safety requirements.
• Manage inventories such as furniture, linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare operational reports related to occupancy, maintenance, incidents, and expenses.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, security, and other departments when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and efficient use of accommodation resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• She must have a min 3-5+ years of experience in accommodation, hostel, hotel, residence, or facility management.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, security, and facility-management procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accommodation/property management systems is an advantage.
