We are in search of a dynamic and customer service-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge with daily tasks and providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in/check-out

• Indian nationality preferred
• No English language skills required
• Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary but preferred
• Must have valid visa sponsorship
• Students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply

A competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered to the selected candidate.
