- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and sanitized to create a welcoming environment.
- Conduct thorough laundry services, including washing, folding, and pressing linens and guest clothing, while adhering to specific care instructions.
- Restock and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries, promptly reporting shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, such as carpet shampooing and window washing, to maintain high hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundational level of education.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field (minimum 1-2 years), demonstrating familiarity with cleaning practices.
- Certifications in sanitation and safety protocols, indicating a commitment to hygiene and guest wellbeing.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or resorts, highlighting customer service skills.
