- Assist in managing all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Handle employee complaints and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Coordinate and arrange training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws, particularly within the UAE context.
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with senior staff on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretionandintegrity.
