Key Responsibilities

Assist the HR department in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Support the mobilization of workers – documentation, visa, and joining formalities.

Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, salary certificates, and other employee correspondence.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR files accurately.

Coordinate between operations, recruitment, and site teams for timely manpower deployment.

Handle basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (experience in a manpower supply company is a plus).

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi will be an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
