Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration across all businesses within the Group
. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, supports site, camp, and office operations, and acts as a key HR partner to management.
While the role supports the entire Group,
prior experience within the construction sector is strongly preferred
, given the nature of site-based operations and workforce requirements.
The key duties and responsibilities of the Human Resource Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across Group businesses, sites, camps, and offices
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, and amendments
- Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations on visas, labour cards, Emirates , medicals, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate personnel records, HR systems, and documentation
- Supervise and coordinate monthly payroll processing across Group entities
- Review and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, and deductions
- Ensure payroll accuracy in line with employment contracts and UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support WPS compliance and payroll audits as required
- Supervise HR-related camp administration, including accommodation allocation, transfers, and exits
- Monitor compliance with camp rules, hygiene standards, and employee welfare requirements
- Act as the HR focal point for camp-related employee matters
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Support management with manpower planning and workforce coordination
- Supervise and guide HR team members
- Ensure consistent implementation of Group HR policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR / payroll systems
- Prior HR experience within the construction sector or site-based environments
- Exposure to multi-entity or group-level HR operations
