Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
* Manage employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
* Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
* Handle HR administrative tasks and provide guidance to employees and management.
* Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.## Benefits
