We are looking to hire a Recruiter, who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and presenting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of high‑volume hiring and possess a proven track record in recruiting for positions ranging from front‑line staff to managerial roles.
Our new office will be based in Dubai/Sharjah, maintain, and develop UAE/Europe business.
This position is a full‑time role with an initial duration of 6 months and renewable.
Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry‑specific platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to proactively source qualified candidates.
- Attend industry events and job fairs to expand the candidate pool.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer assessment or tests, if necessary, to evaluate specific skills or competencies.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
- Manage all aspects of the candidate lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention processes.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by offering guidance, feedback, and regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all candidates are fully informed about job roles, expectations, and company culture.
- Collect and manage candidate feedback and update internal databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
- Participate in candidate briefings with hiring managers to gather feedback and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, employment laws, and best practices to incorporate recruitment.
- Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organization.
- Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate partner or handling calls in inquiries wherever possible.
- Assisting in organizing meetings and conference calls.
- Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
- Ensuring the cleanliness/tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
- Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits.
- Proven experience in recruiting for engineering positions in ship‑related field, preferably in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in volume/mass/bulk recruiting.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a leadership role.
