As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition team by leading recruitment strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful placement of top talent. Your expertise will guide clients through the recruitment process, from understanding their hiring needs to onboarding the right candidate. You will also mentor junior consultants, helping them hone their skills and achieve recruitment goals.

• Negotiate employment offers and terms with potential candidates and employers.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Utilize various platforms and networks to source active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate with human resource teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Manage recruitment projects and timelines efficiently to meet client deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Proven success in placing candidates across different industries and functions.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑management skills are essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
• Current knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
