HR Executive - UAE National
Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the UAE s labor laws and cultural nuances to foster a productive workforce. Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the UAE market and adherence to national regulations. Develop and execute employee relations initiatives, mediating conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment in line with UAE cultural values.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. A minimum of 6months - 1 year of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion focused on the UAE market and its unique employment landscape. Proven experience working within industries prevalent in the UAE.
