About the Opportunity

We are a prominent, privately-owned UAE-based F&B Holding Group seeking a strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to build and lead our people strategy across all subsidiary brands.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group CEO, the CHRO will be the architect of our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development for a diverse, multi-location workforce spread across multiple F&B brands.

The CHRO will develop and execute a comprehensive group HR strategy that strictly aligns with our overarching business objectives, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for all subsidiaries with a strong focus on senior-level and executive hiring. This role requires designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits structures benchmarked to current UAE market rates, managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The CHRO will lead robust performance management, training, and leadership development programs, drive Emiratisation initiatives ensuring compliance and accurate reporting to government bodies, and cultivate a positive, unified group culture across all distinct brands and physical locations. Implementing and managing advanced HR Information Systems (HRIS) is also a key responsibility.

Must-Have Qualifications

The successful candidate brings a 15 years of senior HR Management experience across the UAE, with proven experience managing a multi-location workforce within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is required, with a professional HR certification (CIPD or SHRM) highly preferred. Expert-level knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation regulations is mandatory, as is fluency in Arabic and an excellent command of English.
