Inventory Manager for Malayalees in Sharjah, UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory processes.

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or ordering as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or delays.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in inventory records and take corrective action as necessary.
• Train and supervise a team of inventory clerks to ensure proper handling, storage, and recording of goods.
• Analyze data on inventory levels, sales trends, and customer demand to make informed decisions on purchasing and stocking products.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to optimize inventory processes.

• Must be fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to work full time.
