Salary: 1600 AED/Month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. We are open to candidates of any nationality.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project management role.
• Proven track record of successful project completion within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Willingness to work after hours if needed.

The Project Manager will lead projects from inception to completion, maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include managing external vendors, preparing timelines, budgets, resource plans, managing risks, conflicts, and issues, and communicating regularly with stakeholders to meet their expectations.

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline requirements.
• Create detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and report on performance metrics.
• Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Assess resources needed and assign team members accordingly.
• Provide clear task directions to ensure timely completion.
• Review deliverables before submission.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain records of all decisions during the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
