Mid-Level Project Manager

We at Black Stone eIT are searching for a talented and driven Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing projects that drive our business goals, working closely with various teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines while managing project scope, budgets, and resources. You will utilize your project management skills to facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create and manage project plans, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between different departments and ensure all team members understand project requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work breakdown structures, progress reports, and project retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate project processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven record of managing technology or software projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
