Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and proactive Assistant Operation Manager to join our valet parking operation team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operation Manager in managing and supervising all valet parking operations.
• Ensure efficient allocations of staff to locations and monitor daily attendance and performance.
• Maintain excellent communication between management, clients, and the valet team.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company standards in grooming, punctuality, and behaviour.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor vehicle handling procedures to ensure safety and customer trust.
• Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating team members to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate with management regarding schedules, reporting and operational needs.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations and staff activities.
