- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all processes and deliverables are accurately recorded.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
