Job SummaryThe PM Controller/Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, and documenting all preventive maintenance activities. The role ensures PM tasks are planned on time and coordinated properly with workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules for all equipment.
- Track machine hours and predict due PM dates.
- Generate work orders and assign them to PM supervisors.
- Monitor overdue PM and reduce backlog.
- Maintain accurate records of PM history, checklists, and reports.
- Prepare performance metrics such as PM compliance %, overdue units, and breakdown trends.
- Ensure availability of PM kits and consumables through stores.
- Analyze breakdown reports and identify PM gaps.
- Recommend improvements to PM intervals and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
- 4- 5 Years of Experience in planning & scheduling
- Advanced computer and reporting skills.
