Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will oversee daily floor activities, coordinate staff operations, and ensure excellent patient service and operational efficiency.

• Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments.
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and service standards across the facility.
• Support patients and visitors with guidance and assistance when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception and operations teams.
• Handle patient concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industry preferred.
