Responsibilities
- Manage workshop and production activities for event installations and experiences
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and site crews to execute approved designs
- Oversee fabrication, branding, decor, construction, and installation works
- Manage project timelines, resources, logistics, and quality control
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety and venue requirements
- Manage dismantling and project closeout activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in production and workshop project management within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and relevant software tools such as MS Project, Asana
