Soft Services Manager

Oversee all soft services FM operations at multiple sites.

• Develop the yearly soft services planner based on the site’s actual conditions and needs.
• Monitor operations and service delivery.
• Manage specialized contractors for facade cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and parking management.
• Coordinate with appointed vendors to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Handle emergency situations, events, and escalations.
• Maintain operation performance reports and prepare documents for audits and management.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, HSE standards, and building guidelines.
• Develop training and TBT plans for site manpower to ensure full awareness of tasks and SOPs.
• Lead staff development through training programs and performance evaluations/appraisals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal performance of soft services operations.
• Manage and monitor cleaning consumption, material issuance, and tools within the operational budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Extensive experience in the FM industry (7–10 years minimum) in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership skills and deep knowledge in soft services operations such as cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, pest control, facade cleaning, and parking management.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and QHSE standards.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems.
• Strong focus on quality assurance, client satisfaction, and service delivery as per contract SLA/KPI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large soft services teams and multiple service lines at residential and commercial sites.
• Valid BICS or SIRA certificate.
