Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols, fostering a clean and safe environment.
- Train, mentor and evaluate cleaning staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands without excess.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in cleaning management or safety preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning supervisory role within a commercial or institutional environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures, with certifications in Hazardous Materials Management a plus.
- Driving license issued in UAE.
