AL WATHBA BLDG is seeking an experienced Project Manager and Construction Lead to oversee projects from award through handover in the UAE. You will develop the Project Execution Plan, monitor schedules and budgets, and lead engineers and subcontractors to achieve contractual milestones.
You will coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders, review submittals and shop drawings, and ensure QA/QC and HSE adherence across sites. Fluency in English is required.
