Unit Manager – Composting & STP Operations
Oversee the end-to-end composting process ensuring optimal conditions for microbial decomposition and high-quality compost production Manage the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant STP monitoring influent and effluent quality to meet stringent environmental discharge standards Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize treatment efficiency minimize waste and reduce operational costs Ensure strict adherence to all health safety and environmental regulations maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in managing composting facilities and/or wastewater treatment plants.
Proven expertise in biological treatment processes, solid waste management, and resource recovery Certification in Wastewater Treatment Operations (e.g., "Grade IV or equivalent") or Composting Operations is highly desirable.
