Specialist​/Crisis Management (Emiratized role

Job Description

Assist in development, implementation and enhancement of e& Crisis Management as per international and national standards. Manage e& response to any crisis or incident nationally/ internationally that may affect its revenue, reputation or national obligations.

• Prepare for emergency management lifecycle requirements (Readiness, Response, Recovery and Reduction)
• Coordinate e& response for any national or international crisis that may affect its financial, reputation, technology, telecom, infrastructure, human resources, regulatory requirements, etc.
• Maintain e& comprehensive critical resources and infrastructure database for quick, efficient response and decision making
• Ensure e& Crisis Management resources availability during crisis
• Enhance capabilities by continuous training and drills
• Manage e& mitigation of national risks register issued by the authorities
• Assist the Crisis Management Lead in fulfilling all government and regulatory crisis management requirements to avoid violations and penalization
• Assure e& effective relationship with key crisis management interested parties
• Support the regulators and authorities in all matters related to e& emergency operations and response
• Enhance e& critical buildings and infrastructure resilience and security as per the national and international standard
• Ensure resilience of e& services provided to critical customers to minimize the outages, protect reputation and boost revenue
• Ensures e& operational resilience as per national and international mandates
• Assist in managing the external reviews of the business continuity to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements
• Audit e& crisis management operations to ensure its effectiveness and adherence to established policies and standards requirements
• Audit the critical services and infrastructure disaster recovery plans
• Audit the third-party crisis management readiness

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another business/ technical field
• 4+ years' experience in field of network operations or crisis management in a telecom industry
