We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of prestigious marble, granite, and natural stone projects from initial planning through fabrication, installation, and final handover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong project leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple teams, solving challenges, and delivering high-quality projects that make a visible impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Take full ownership of project delivery
    , ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead projects from commencement through final handover
    , managing schedules, milestones, resources, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, factory, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams
    .
  • Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and scope of work to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive the process from shop drawings, material approvals, samples, mock-ups, and site measurements through fabrication, delivery, and installation
    .
  • Ensure strong coordination between factory production and site requirements
    , minimizing delays, material shortages, and rework.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, material utilization, quality, and overall performance.
  • Ensure stone fabrication, finishing, packing, delivery, and installation meet approved drawings and required quality standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, technical issues, delays, and resource requirements—and take decisive corrective action.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, claims, wastage, rework, and profitability
    .
  • Work closely with commercial and quantity surveying teams on valuations, variations, claims, and financial matters.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, accurate progress reports to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and consultants while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams
    .
  • Ensure sites have the required manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain progress.
  • Maintain strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, approvals, reports, variations, claims, and handover records.
What We’re Looking For

We want a hands-on project leader who understands that successful stone projects require more than managing a schedule—you need to understand the connection between design, production, logistics, installation, quality, cost, and client expectations
.

You should have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in marble, granite, natural stone, architectural stone, façade, fit-out, or a related construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of stone fabrication and installation processes
    .
  • Experience managing projects from factory to site and final handover
    .
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets, variations, claims, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and make confident decisions under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • A track record of delivering projects successfully within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
