Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Japanese and fast food items according to recipes and standards
- Assist in kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required
- Ensure food safety and quality control at all times
- Support team members during busy hours
- Follow restaurant policies and health & safety guidelines
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Basic knowledge of Japanese food and fast food (sushi, ramen, rice bowls, fried items, etc.)
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays)
